摘要：目的分析老年2型糖尿病并发骨质疏松25(OH)D的相关因素。方法随机抽取我院2014年1月到2015年1月间收治的2型糖尿病老年患者44例为研究对象，均分为两组，回归性分析44例患者的资料，分析44例患者与骨质疏松的相关因素。结果相关因素为年龄、病程、性别、BMI、FPG、HbAlC、血钙、血磷等。结论老年2型糖尿病与骨质疏松有着紧密联系，具有较高的骨质疏松风险性，患者体内的糖代谢、脂代谢紊乱也会对骨密度造成损害。
